VARIABLE RECEIVING DRILL As much of a variable tracking eye-hand drill as a technique drill. Can mix it up with speeds, lighter & heavier foam balls & calling out colors as ball is in flight. Good change of pace when things start to get a little stale.

The winter break is probably the best time to make adjustments. You went through the fall and got taught the concept, now you get to go home with no pressure. You get all winter to make it make sense for yourself. Show up in the spring a different player, IF you want to.
