@AzureSupport I've purchased a support plan, awaiting a response. Even the Azure dashboard can't access the database. Impact has been over an hour. How can we escalate the severity of this?

@azuresupport #azhelp: Our subscription is past due but the option to "Manage" it from the portal no longer exists, and there's no obvious way to settle the outstanding balance???

@AzureSupport No, I have access. But there used to be an option to "Manage" the subscription which took you to a billing portal and you could then initiate a retry on the card, to settle the balance. All I can see now is the invoicing and no option to pay the invoice, or try the card again.
