El Tribunal de Primera Instancia de Ashkelon, #Israel, prorrogó otros seis días la detención de los dos delincuentes de la Flotilla de Gaza: el brasileño Thiago Avila y el palestino-espaniol Saif Abu-Qashq, quienes fueron detenidos en aguas próximas a Creta y trasladados a Israel para ser procesados. 🇮🇱😈 - Era de esperar que el Tribunal estirara la investigación el máximo tiempo posible para mantenerlos encerrados en detención preventiva en la Prisión de Shikma mientras se le da más tiempo a la Fiscalia y a los servicios de inteligencia para preparar el caso. - Cargos Bajo Investigación: 1. Asistencia al enemigo en tiempo de guerra, el cargo más grave basado en la premisa de que el intento de romper el bloqueo naval favorece operativamente a las facciones terroristas en Gaza. 2. Pertenencia y prestación de servicios a una organización terrorista: Sobre la base de que ambos están vinculados a la Conferencia Popular para los Palestinos en el Extranjero (PCPA), una organización que actúa clandestinamente en nombre de Hamas. 3. Contacto con agentes extranjeros enemigos: Se investiga si la coordinación de la Flotilla Global Sumud implicó comunicaciones directas con entidades clasificadas como terroristas por el Estado de Israel. 4. Transferencia de bienes para fines terroristas: En ese caso se buscará probar que las donaciones que recogían terminaron en manos de Hamas. - Tengamos en cuenta que, bajo la Ley de Lucha contra el Terrorismo, en Israel hay mecanismos legales que permiten prolongar el cautiverio durante periodos muy extensos sin una condena en firme mientras se procesan las pruebas y se presenta la acusación.

Ayer quise transferir 20 € de mi cuenta española a otra nacional. Para mi sorpresa, el banco la deniega por “retención por embargo”. Llamo a mi gestor bancario y me confirma: es un embargo directo de la Diputación de Barcelona (@diba). Resulta que mi ex (que aún tenemos cuenta conjunta y ni recordaba) se le olvidó pagar una multa de tráfico de noviembre… de 17,69 €. Sin previo aviso, sin carta, email ni SMS. La administración pública te bloquea la cuenta por 17,69 míseros euros. Porque claro, ¿cómo va a pasar por alto la administración socialista una cantidad tan elevada? Si con la mitad ya tienen para putas, chaperos o para los “segarros” de los MENAS. PD: 24 horas después aún sigo con la cuenta bloqueada.
