@TicketmasterCS @Ticketmaster I was within feet of the parking lot, I had tickets to see the Queens concert in TX. The app stopped working & didn't let the attendant scan the prepaid parking & I had to pay another 35.00. I also missed the opening act. How do get my parking $ back

@wandasattorney @Ticketmaster @TMFanSupport Same. I had 4 GA pit tickets for $250 each and it wouldn’t let me check out. Then it blocked me for “suspicious activity”. I was also on my computer, not my phone!
