What has happened to @VividSeats and why does the company continue to lose marketshare? 1. Extremely poor leadership. Stan Chia should have been replaced 12-24 months prior to his departure. 2. Loss of key affiliate sites. 3. Failure to pay many large resellers on delivery has resulted in less inventory for sale. 4. Their point of sale Skybox continues to lose users. On a positive note, they have cut fees and have attempted to be the cheapest price for consumers. But are potential customers even logging on to @VividSeats to check 🎟️ prices?
