@GetSpectrum Entire neighborhood has had terrible internet service for nearly 45 straight days w/no resolve. Many have given up & are switching providers & you're still making us pay for service we didn't get. Shame on you. A $3 credit is an insult for what we've been through.

@HelloFresh Today is the 4th time I have canceled with you. Despite wanting to be a customer, my ongoing issue has yet to be resolved. No one can help, promised escalations with no follow up?? Terrible customer service.

@MartinSGaynor Agree! This happened to me recently @IUHealthCenter and I was FURIOUS. My in network doctor sent my bloodwork to an out of network lab. $515 for something that is $72 in network! 😡 No warning, no choice. It’s so wrong!
