@EllBretland Looked to me, especially in the second half that Young was inverting to allow Branthwaite to cover across for Myko going forward. Don't know if that was just situational last night or what Moyes will be looking to do going forward. Feels like it would waste Patterson though

Today, at the grand old age of 36, I’ve joined a gym. I’ve done my best to keep my general fitness up through lots of walking and doing home work-outs but I’ve always been too daunted to go to a public gym because of insecurities about my disability. Today, I’ve decided to change that; it might seem like the most straightforward of things but in a similar fashion to me saying I was going to stop drinking back in August, I feel like saying it on here will keep me honest about going. One side of my body is significantly stronger than the other and the potential for judgement from fellow gym goers has always stopped me from doing it before. This isn’t the start of some big “journey” or anything like that, I just thought I’d tell people on here and see how I get on. Cheers. ❤️

@EllBretland Exactly this. New direction needed. Less PSR restrictions in the summer too with us losing 22/23. Perfect chance to just really drive the club forward

I think Everton need to get out the mindset of steadying the ship in the short-term.
There is a real clean slate for a forward-thinking manager to really build something for the summer. It can start now.
There is no fire to be put out this time. Tactics killed us. Nothing else.

Enzo Le Fee would be an excellent signing. The connection with Lorient means Bournemouth have a great chance of getting this done. Would love him at Everton.

Having been here many times it’s so maddening to see Everton watching on during a key month ahead of a key summer.
We know how it goes. It’s perfect timing for a new man with fresh ideas to prepare for important home games and yet they’ll let the days and opportunity slip away.

@EllBretland Happened with Lampard, then waited til the last to sack him. There's no logical argument for keeping him. People will ask who replaces him, but even just the freshness of promoting from within on an interim basis is bound to have a lift

We’ve been here before and know how it goes. The manager stays, the struggle continues and more and more fans disengage until the inevitable happens.
Why you would delay in January on such a run with so much to plan I just don’t know. Merely waste opportunities and points.
