@McFranchisee @BruceHu50411777 @McDonalds I really, really do not like this. With the way the front is often poorly staffed (the employees are busy!) It's often hard to flag down an employee to get a refill. Often I just give up.

About five years ago, Mcdonald’s announced that they would be removing the self service beverage bar in every McDonald’s by 2036. It’s a part of their overall design. It was never a presented as a cost saving measure, from my own experience the restaurants who were the first one to hop on board are probably the ones and more urban areas because of the theft.
