Didn’t come get me! Terminal 1, 2 hours in security lineup, missed my flight. Asked to leave the queue since my flight was boarding, was told to stay put! @TorontoPearson

Gong show at @TorontoPearson Terminal 3 this morning. People as far as the eye can see, very little communication, less staff. Told to show up early and then told we can’t enter through security. Show up late? No problem, they’ll come get you and push you through.
