@Mo_translates Usually you would go to the ER if your systolic is 180+ and/or your diastolic is 110+, but at this point she is in such dire shape, she should go anyway. I cat imagine what state her kidneys are in and she looks awful.

@Mo_translates I've had way higher readings than that, saw my doctor, he didn't send me to the ER. Mine's not affected by weight at all, the worst readings I had were in my late 20s when I was skinny as a rake.
