@TaddHaislop Objectively awesome to watch? I think that’s off. 83 points is objectively a good number. But was it awesome to watch? Many, many people don’t like free throw contests or watching a guy shoot 10-for-27 over 3 quarters. Thats almost an objective truth(but it’s not it’s subjective)

That’s been weird to watch lol people act like the criticisms are personal or anti-Bam. No, Bam is talented and well-liked. But no one turns on a basketball game wanting to see that.

In Wilt's 100 game, Philly was letting NYK score quickly in the 4Q so they could get the ball back and feed the big man.
Kobe took 13 of LA's 17 FGA - and all 13 of their FTA - in the 4Q to get to 81.
No one's ever scored 70+ "ethically". What Bam did is insane and joyous.

Sad news: Matt Snell, Jets legend and Super Bowl III hero, has passed away, his son, Beau Snell, told ESPN. Snell, 84, died this morning on Long Island. He was a Jets Ring of Honor member and scored the only TD in Super Bowl III. He was dominant that day, rushing for 121 yards. Truly one of the all-time greats. RIP. #Jets
