Bail denied. Again.
Chinmoy Krishna Das Prabhu, a spiritual leader and an ISKCON monk, continues to languish behind bars in Bangladesh while the world watches.
When even his lawyers are intimidated, threatened and silenced in court corridors, what justice are we even talking about?
Is advocating for the rights of the Minority Hindu community a crime? When a saffron-clad soul is treated like a criminal for raising his voice, the world CANNOT remain silent.
I appeal to the Government of Bangladesh to give medical aid and, more importantly, access to fair justice to Chinmoy Krishna Das Prabhu immediately. May he be granted bail at the earliest.
And to all the pseudo-secularists and Selective Human rights Activists around the World who flood timelines overnight, wave watermelons and trend hashtags on cue, your silence can be still heard. Apparently, your humanity has a filter.

Let’s all unite together in condemning the detention of ISKON Bangladesh Priest ‘ Chinmoy Krishna Das’ by Bangladesh police. We urge and plead Bangladesh Govt under Sri Mohammed Yunus to stop atrocities on Hindus. Indian army blood has been spilled , our resources had been spent , our Army Jawans lives had lost for Bangladesh formation. Virginia Scope: Virginia Senate Majority Leader Scott Surovell (D) rules out proposal forcing the retirement of Virginia Supreme Court justices in order to get a different ruling in the redistricting case. Surovell said the idea would be “too extreme.”

This is Judge Rohit Galiya, who granted bail to a 57 year old rapist who raped a three year old girl in Delhi.
The court stated that, for the time being, there appears to be no need to keep the accused in jail for a prolonged period.
It was that little girl's first day at school. the child had been separated from her parents for the first time.

Finally went to Avijit Sarkar’s house, 5 years after he was lynched during post poll violence in 2021.
Even today, his brother runs a shelter for rescued strays.
He has built a little memorial to the murdered puppies right next to Avijit’s memorial.
3 murdered puppies were laid to rest under a Tulsi plant.
Bishwajeet told us how Avijit’s killers’ family still lives next door to them, but they never hurt them even when BJP came to power.

1. They sued federally to block the new map.
2. They packed the UT Supreme Court, creating two brand new justices
3. They created a brand new “constitutional court” panel that will hear challenges to state law, avoiding the Supreme Court altogether

Sure, if Abigail Spanberger wants to crater her already historically low approval rating into the 30s, go right ahead. Nothing says “rule of law” like court packing the Va Supreme Court for saying NO to your illegal and unconstitutional gerrymandering scheme.
