Late this afternoon I began to feel a bit ‘off’. Slight headache, a tickle in the throat and more tired than usual.
I took a rapid test just in case and it came back positive.
Not sure where I picked it up, but really glad my family is vaccinated to help fight it off.🌹

Prescribing 20 minutes per day (at least 2 hours a week) of nature can go a long way in improving patient health!
