As per Malikis, material defects should be disclosed before the nikkah 'aqd in an appropriate manner or if discovered after the 'aqd can be annuled prior to intercourse. Such defects include impotence, abnormal genital conditions, foul genital odor, castration, leukoderma/leprosy and the like. Reason being, the intended objective of marriage is mutual intimacy and conjugal enjoyment while such defects negate its full realization. Intimacy is a right for both spouses. Obviously fantasies or sexual preferences are out of the question here. This question wasn't completely ridiculous fiqh-wise as some people make it out to be.
