@LNER This is atrocious communication. We have now got an avanti train because there’s no other way down to London. We were also affected by Fridays disruption. We would expect a full refund for this - where can I do this pls?

@LNER we’re on a train to Carlisle from Newcastle trying to get back to London (original tickets were NCL to London King’s Cross). Could you tell me if our tickets for our original journey (10am to London Kings Cross) will be accepted from Carlisle to London Euston?
