Contempt Petition against @Udhaystalin is already filed and pending in the Supreme Court for hearing on 19.05.2026.
The Supreme Court had on 04.03.2024 strongly reprimanded him for his hate speech against Sanatana Dharma, and also passed orders that no further FIRs will be registered against him for the 2023 hate speech.
Even the Madras High Court had categorically held that his statement is clear hate speech against the Hindu community.
Yet, with sheer audacity, he has repeated the exact same offending statement on 12.05.2026 inside the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, fully knowing it would get protection under Article 194(2).
This clearly shows that he has no regard for the Apex Court’s proceedings and observations and further demonstrates that he is full of hatred.
We are bringing his conduct to the knowledge of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India by filing an application to bring all the relevant documents, including news articles about his hate speech in the Assembly on record.
We are actively pursuing the matter.

The fact that you spoke about abolishing Sanatana Dharma, the faith of hundreds of millions of Hindus, in your very first Assembly speech only shows that you are not yet politically mature. The relentless targeting of Hindus is utterly deplorable and deserves the strongest condemnation.
The reason you have been demoted from Deputy Chief Minister to Leader of the Opposition is that you once publicly declared “I will abolish Sanatana Dharma” thereby earning the undying hatred of Hindus. Therefore, if you wish to grow further in politics, it is essential that you cast aside the hatred you harbour towards a particular religion and truly embrace religious harmony. You must henceforth understand that for every person belonging to each religion, Hindu, Muslim, or Christian - their religious identity and beliefs are of utmost importance. Remember that if you instead continue to belittle the beliefs of Hindus and attempt to do political based on religion, you will fall into a pit from which there is no return.
Furthermore, Tamil Nadu is now eagerly watching to see how Chief Minister @TVKVijayHQ, who has formed a government elected by the people - will respond to this hate campaign.

इस बार NEET की परीक्षा के लिए केंद्रीय बलों के 2.4 लाख जवानों को तैनात करना चाहिए। सभी DG को परीक्षा केंद्र का प्रभारी बना देना चाहिए। चुनाव आयोग को निगरानी का काम दे देना चाहिए। शर्मनाक है कि एक परीक्षा नहीं करा सकते। मालूम नहीं चोरी से कितने लोग डॉक्टर बन कर अस्पतालों में काम कर रहे हैं और राष्ट्रवादी राजनीति के पीछे छुपे हुए हैं।
