Very disappointed with Tata Broadband service. Promised a Binge Box at the time of connection, but till now nothing has been provided. No response from customer support or executives despite repeated follow-ups. Poor customer experience and false commitments.

@tataplayfiber SR-5747180014 is still unresolved. Tickets are being closed without my consent, only temporary fixes are done, and every new technician asks me to explain everything again. This repeated cycle is frustrating.

An issue was raised on 1st May & is still pending. Call centre reply is standard: “Escalated to highest level; will be resolved tomorrow”. Same reply for 5 days, 37 times.

@tataplayfiber i am unable to use my internet , i was facing disconnections for few seconds earlier to which your engineer said it would resolve in 1-2 days . now i do not have access to internet completely , i am unable to use the internet at all , router issues since day 1.

Dear @tataplayfiber are your technician rookie ? Because every now and then i think they screw the broadband in Hinjewadi location and then youtube will start buffering at 720p and raising tickets is useless as your useless technician will close it without any fix @TataCompanies

@tataplayfiber is a complete scam don't take their 1Gbps plan
They will not tell you that it has a Data limit of 3.2 TB and their router doesn't support speeds of over 300 Mbps
Also, they don't allow changing the plan as well.
Completely disappointed by Tata
