I ask my city to repair the street lights twice a month. I started in February. The most complete explanation I’ve gotten is that they are changing out to LED bulbs around the city and we will be next. Wonder if they know we were the first part of the city to get the new bulbs. I explained that it was the drug dealers and their buyers that knocked it out. Even showed them a video of it. I was told to be patient. Maybe they’re too busy with the $100 million dollars public works projects to get to my drug infested neighborhood? Or they don’t like myself or the minorities who live here? Perhaps, if we had street lights we would not come up and bother government officials about how dangerous the neighborhood might be? I don’t know, I’m a dreamer. This is rich coming from you. Aside, from that, now that AIPAC is widely known in mainstream media nowadays they as humans typically do, they learn and funnel their money into other vehicles not under the AIPAC umbrella and STILL don’t have to register as a foreign agent. Or they could do like your family does and shakedown businesses for donations in order to get their contracts and jobs pushed through the process. Isn’t that why you have them in every facet of government and NGOs? Someone to wash the money, someone to vote, someone to lobby, etcetera etcetera. Prosecutors used to call this racketeering or RICO way back in the day.

I can appreciate that. Locally we have had a several arrests of these predators but what is concerning is that after a cursory glance at the accused you see that they have several arrests for the same crime, and many have served time only to be turned out to commit the same crimes again. The recidivism here is out of control. You’d think when you show up accused of a similar or same felony, the prosecution or judge would be of the opinion that the accused needs a harsher penalty. Should they be convicted or plead guilty to a repeat offense. Thanks for your thoughts.

It’s not every day you see something like this. That is exactly why when I heard Florida law enforcement officers were being denied entry because of their agency logos, I immediately changed my plans, and went to meet with them. Conversations matter. Leadership matters. And problems get solved when people are willing to talk face-to-face. Our law enforcement officers put their lives on the line for Florida families every day. They deserve respect, not confusion or mixed signals over the badge they wear. Then why was the Bay deputy’s charged downgraded? Why was he permitted to plead out? Why will he be home this year? Why will he not be required to register as an offender for the rest of his life? Why was the deputy that reported the offender reassigned and then fired? Ultimately leading to a costly lawsuit that was eventually dismissed. I know these are rhetorical questions I cannot expect you or anyone else to answer but are worthy of exploring answers.
