True story: I recently bought a mattress from Mattress Firm. It’s a great mattress. My sales guy was very helpful and there were several other customers in the store when I purchased. After my mattress was delivered I went to drop off some paperwork to the sales guy at the store where I bought it. I went in and asked for him but was told “he doesn’t work here.” I said what do you mean? I just bought a mattress from him and it was delivered. They were like oh he works for mattress firm but not this one - he works at the one on the other side of the parking lot and pointed to a servin second store about 100 yards away. I had never noticed that second store and had never been in there. They had a record of my purchase at the first store, so I finished up with them and then went to the second store to say hi to the guy that sold me the mattress and let him know I turned in my paperwork. When I asked for him by name a totally different guy came over to me and he had the same exact unusual name. He handed me his card and it was the same card I had from my prior visit with same phone number…but it was not the same guy. I felt like I was in the twilight zone and still wonder if I dreamed the whole thing. There is definitely something off about that place!

Before I die, I am 100% convinced this company will be exposed for fraud. How are they always in prime locations and you NEVER see a customer nor have you met anyone who has bought a mattress there? The math ain’t mathin.
