@TeaboxTea Subject: Extremely Unprofessional Experience with Teabox – COD Orders Canceled Without Explanation I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional handling of my recent orders with Teabox. Despite placing COD orders in good faith, both have been canceled twice in a single day without any explanation or prior communication. Order Nos: 1. #IN5716932886616 2. #IN5717234417752 3. #IN5718097395800 What’s even more shocking is that there is no customer care number available to raise concerns. How is it possible that a company of your standing offers no way for customers to reach out for assistance? This lack of basic customer service, coupled with the repeated cancellations, raises serious doubts about the credibility of Teabox as a genuine and reliable company. It is highly shameful and unprofessional to leave customers stranded without any form of communication or recourse. I expect immediate action and clarification on why my orders were canceled. If this is how Teabox treats its customers, it is bound to leave a lasting negative impression. I demand an urgent callback to resolve this matter, or I will be forced to reconsider ever purchasing from Teabox again.

Chai and tea both come from the Camellia Sinensis plant, but chai refers to the Indian method of infusing tea leaves, usually, CTC leaves brewed with milk and sugar. Tea, on the other hand, refers to the whole leaf and can vary in type, such as black, green, oolong, or white.
