I awoke to Joseph’s shallow breathing at 02:50 this morning, it’s something we’ve been expecting for months. We sat at his bedside and comforted him until his last breath at 03:14. Words cannot express the depth of grief that he has moved on, nor the tremendous joy that he is no longer suffering. I look forward to the day that he and I will be able to run and jump and play together again. I appreciate all of the love and support we received from the 𝕏 community. Your generosity made his life a little easier and more fun. Your love and concern made a huge difference. @jimfarley98 and @FordPerformance thank you for giving him an experience of a lifetime. He wasn’t able to do much after that trip so the timing was perfect. @TateTheTalisman , thank you for your generosity. Joseph wasn’t healthy enough to make it to Bali, but Japan was awesome. You hold a special place in our hearts. @phoebesaid thank you for telling his story. Cancer is a horrible disease that hurts so many of us and too many suffer alone. I hope his life will continue to inspire people to embrace today and love more fully. He never lost his concern for others even in his darkest hour. It is a privilege being his father. He will be missed.

@BBCBreakfast So he has no plan for this completely foreseeable problem caused by his own government. Meanwhile, hospices remain desperately underfunded and reliant on charity, and the health service remains desperately unable to accommodate the ill-thought ideas he comes up with.

Fantastic time yesterday with my fellow @YLvsCancer Voice Board colleagues, and nearly 400 team members from across the country sharing vision and strategy. Really proud of my time on this, proud of everything the organisation does.
