@Lufthansa_USA easily the worst airline ever! Rudest check-in staff! Supervisor equally rude.Theft prevalent w/ no consequences.Check in attendant at Gate Z19 Frankfurt 6/20/22 9.30am confirmed she had my iPhone left at her counter but still hasn’t turned it in to lost n found!
