@WestJet I’ve traveled quite a bit but this is the first time I’ve been denied access to a bathroom on a flight! The flight attendant looked at me and said “To the back.” This was after seeing multiple other passengers use the same restroom including ones sitting in my row!

@WestJet I am in Europe and have been waiting for lost luggage for 4 days. Was told would potentially arrive today but I have heard nothing and no one will answer any calls

Because @Trips_com used a different card to remit payment, my @RBC @MastercardCA details don't show in @WestJet's system—even though I was billed. Forced to pay out of pocket for bags. @CTA_gc, this is a terrible experience. RBC, Mastercard & WestJet need to fix this loophole.

Disappointed with @WestJet & @Trips_com. Booked a flight Feb 28, 2026, using my @RBC WestJet World Elite @MastercardCA, expecting my free checked bag benefit. Upon check-in today, WestJet refused it, claiming rules changed & bookings must now be made directly on their site. (1/2)
