I already got to pay it forward by helping my mailman fix something under the hood of his USPS delivery truck.

My neighbor's in-laws live with him and every week grandpa pulls my trash bins off the street for me. Today he noticed the truck damaged the hinge of the lid and I walk out to him fixing it for me. Guy speaks 10 words of English but we find a way to communicate. He's my favorite neighbor.

Your phone logs where you go. Your bank logs what you buy. Your apps track how long you pause on a screen. Data brokers package that into a profile. Then sell access to it. In some cases, government agencies have bought that data instead of asking for it. They don’t need to follow you. They already have the record. So ask yourself where your data goes after it’s sold. @TechGuyDave_ That’s my biggest concern is I have a tenant who has been there for like 15 months. Her daughter is in my daughter’s class. I legitimately might give her 10 grand if I make 250 K profit, I would also give her the option to match highest offer but not sure she can afford.

My neighbor is selling. My neighbor of my rental property is selling. Nobody wants to live by me. 🤣
