He is in Zhumadian Prefectural City, Henan Province. Henan Province is in the bottom 25% percentile in GDP per capita of China's 31 provinces. Assuming he is in urban Zhumadian, that is the 14th largest city in Henan and a 4th Tier City. Basically the Chinese equivalent of Battle Creek, MI. x.com/JacobAShell/st…

When I went to Nanchang last month, I arrived at Nanchang East Railway Station and took the metro into the city. I didn't realize the metro extension I was on was only a couple of months old.

Aito M9 can lift one wheel and drive on 3 One-wheel lift systems are a new trend in China. Li Auto and Fangcheng Bao have it, and today we have a clip of the Aito M9. It has an "800V fully active suspension system" that can independently lift any wheel. It works with two sets of shock absorbers, closed dual-chamber dual-valve air springs + adjustable damping. The Aito M9 also has all-wheel steering and all-wheel drive. Why cars need a one-wheel lift system isn't immediately clear. Some automakers say you can change a wheel without needing a jack - sure, but most new cars don't have spare tires anymore. I guess the why doesn't really matter. It is cool, it is new, so every car maker in China will have it on their cars very soon.

Hyundai Ioniq V is a spaceship Will this car save Hyundai in China? It sure wins the spaceship price, and the weirdness price, and the daring-to-do-something-new price, and many more. Look at that wedge-shaped cabin, the crazy front wing, and the four-diffuser rear bumper idea. Wow. I don't think it looks too much like a Prius, a Prius looks boring in comparison. - Size: 4900/1890/1470, 2900. - Power: 140 kW or 168 kW. Top speed: 165 km/h. - Curb weight: 1782-1808 kg. - Battery: LFP. - Mechanical door handles. - Part of Hyundai's new strategic goal of "in China, for China, and for the world". The manufacturer is Beijing-Hyundai. Launch of the Ioniq V is set for late Q2.

MG 07 - new official photos - with Momenta ADAS - "Tesla of Chinese young people" The MG 07 is a new electric fastback sedan for China. It should not be confused with the MG7, which is also a fastback sedan, but with an ICE power train. The MG 07 is equipped with Momenta’s new R7 autonomous driving system, combining a reinforcement learning-based world model with the "Xheart X7" AI chip. MG and Momenta have been working closely together on the ADAS for the MG 07. Cao Xudong, CEO of Momenta, called the MG 07 the "Tesla of Chinese young people." The MG 07 will compete with cars like the Xiaomi SU7, the Zeekr 007, and the Xpeng P7. The base models get RWD, the top-spec cars get AWD. The new media pics show the MG 07 in Morello Purple with white-black wheels. Speedy! It also has mechanical door handles, illuminated MG logos, and blue ADAS-warning lights. Launch in the summer.

Voyah are rolling out a new rival for the Xiaomi YU7, a sleeker kind of SUV with a more angular and sporty aesthetic, plus whopping great LiDAR unit with Huawei's ADS on board. Twin spoilers and fake diffuser boost the sporty vibe. Judging by the grille, we're going EV with this.

Xi’an East Station in northwest China’s Shaanxi Province began static acceptance testing on Thursday, marking a key transition from construction to final inspection and laying a solid foundation for its upcoming full operation.
