I don't have an opinion of what should or shouldn't be considered CSAM, I only know what IS CSAM currently. The law must evolve and change within the bounds and limits of the Constitution. The Constitution is the shackle on the government to keep it from being tyrannical. The moment we ignore the constitution, even for the rule of law, the government becomes a tyrannical agent working against the people. There are limits to freedoms, this is true, and I will never ignore that. However, the debate between whether something AI generated can be considered CSAM is for the Supreme Court to decide, not for me. I am not a judge. I do not pretend to think I know more than the judges that are currently on the panels. If we allow religious morality to invade law, especially the Constitution, then America will fall and become a Theocratic Dictatorship. If we never evolve the law, and on occasion pass new Amendments, then we stagnate as a country and will slowly deteriorate as we are experiencing now with Communists and Socialists slowly eroding the very laws and Constitutional Protections that are supposed to protect all citizens. As I told Bloop, I already don't like this creator. My own morality rails against the creation of the "art" they create. But, under the current law, and it's limitations, it is not a crime. However, if they are found to possess actual CSAM, I will support the action taken against the creator. I will not continue to talk about this anymore.

Unpopular opinion: to reduce AI anthropomorphism, the law should require AI companies to give their AI models descriptive technical names. "Claude" is a human name and would NOT be acceptable. Anthropic has a serious anthropomorphism problem and should be held accountable.
