@TheEvEngineer I've learned "banter" is only ever allowed one-way.
Soon as an apprentice mucks in with it, you'll never see a smile wiped faster off a tradie's mug. He'll rage about "getting cheek" to the boss, who'll give you a disciplinary and that's when the "banter" starts escalating.

Having been an apprentice I had my fair share of "banter"
I think doing this on a ladder is just stupid. It's a laugh until it isn't. This lad could have ended up paralysed or worse.
