These are the settings I use myself in Cyberpunk on PC and PS5 Pro. The in-game settings in picture 3 is the same on my PC and PS5 Pro. On PC I use Lilliums Black Floor Fix to lower the shadows / black levels with 0.05 nits. Thats the black level raise Cyberpunk has. See picture 4. On PC we can also use the RenoDX HDR mod. I like the in-game HDR with a simple black level fix the best myself. Its a personal preference thing about the colors. Cyberpunk just looks great in HDR on an OLED display😊

@Jackgamer74 Tbh the gap is closing. I was just playing on a 5070ti with path tracing and I can say ps5 pro has better IQ since I use DLSS performance at 1080p and it’s 1440p upscaled on the pro.

I have just tried the PS5 Pro update for Cyberpunk 2077. Its definately a good upgrade, but there where some issues I noticed right away compared to PC, where I have 500+ hours. Textures don’t draw in on PS5 Pro in the distance. We see it on buildings and NPCs. Hair looks very stiff and unnatural on Pro. The difference to PC is so massive that I had to check if I had any hair mods installed (I don’t). DLSS 4.5 improved its hair rendering, so maybe Its an area for PSSR to improve. PC could have higher quality hair and path tracing (shadowing of hair strands) alone makes hair look better. PC is still on another graphical level with path tracing, DLSS and other higher graphical settings, of course.

Ray Tracing in #DeathStranding2PC is quite limited, which is expected since the game wasn’t originally built with RT in mind and this is the first implementation on the Decima Engine. RT reflections only apply to some opaque surfaces, bodies of water and tar, and they still lean on standard SSR underneath. The High RT setting uses High SSR as a base, which lets it slightly outperform the heavier Very High SSR in many scenes, but it also shows more noise, especially with upscaling. RTAO, as usual is very subtle visually and doesn’t seem to impact performance at least in the scenes I tested. It mainly just bumps up VRAM usage.
