@ Miami International Airport you should be embarrassed. Your immigration line is embarrassing- it’s worse than third world countries I’ve traveled to. How the hell do you think you will handle World Cup travelers if you are this inefficient on a Friday afternoon?

@AmericanAir can you please put some pressure on Miami Airport to make their immigration process more efficient. This is worse than third world countries. It’s embarrassing Miami can’t do better than this!

@AmericanAir I’ve been waiting for my luggage in DFW from flight 280 (Incheon) for over 30 minutes. No luggage yet. I am going to miss my connection to HOU at 6:35 pm because it has taken too long to get our luggage. Now what??? I’ve been platinum for a long time but this - crazy

@AmericanAir I’m standing at the luggage office in HOU. It is closed, dark and locked. How am I supposed to retrieve it? I’ve had them paged 3 times. I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes. This is ridiculous. Please send someone to the office. I don’t have all day to stand and wait.

@AmericanAir total fail on flight AA3342 from EIS to MIA. They loaded about 12 passengers before groups FC and Group 1. They put luggage in bins reserved for MCE but were not seated in MCE. Seats 8D and 8F didn’t have room for luggage and had to put them much farther back. FAIL

@AmericanAir I want to commend Alexander, the AA manager at EIS. He was amazing. We had a short connection time coming into MIA going to IAH. He came and found us and offered us an earlier flight so we would have more time to make our connection. He went above and beyond! Thanks

@AmericanAir have you lost your ever frigging mind? Boarded flight AA 2271, an hour late, crew on board, passengers on board, engine and plane ready to go and you reassign my crew to Boston and give me another 2 hour delay sitting on the damn plane??? WTF is wrong with you???

@AmericanAir is there a limit on the reimbursement for new clothes, shoes, swimsuits for my inconvenience and need for clothes tomorrow???

@AmericanAir what is up with baggage claim in Miami??? Saturday night we waited over an hour for baggage claim after our flight 2440 from SXM. Today on flight 1391, we made the flight to STT but our 2 bags didn’t and now it will be after 4 pm tomorrow before the bags arrive.

@BFLouisville That’s why I moved to Texas. The cost of living is very similar to Kentucky but no income tax is a huge incentive.

@AmericanAir I feel sorry for your flight attendants. You put them in an indefensible position with your inability to do the simplest things. Flight 2230 delayed 40 minutes because the ground crew brought us used carts of food and drink. We voted to go to Houston anyway.

@AmericanAir I’ve been trying to get my Luggage from American Baggage Claim in Houston Hobby (HOU) since Saturday. No one returns calls and office was not open the 4 times during working hours I went to try and get my luggage. Why can’t I get my luggage? It has my medicines.
