I seem to have upset you. I’d love to respond to your comments in my posts, but you have blocked me and now monopolize the conversation in my own posts since I cannot respond. This and other behavior is what has gotten myself and many others in the TSLA shareholder community suspicious and pushing back. If you and @TeslaBoomerMama would unblock me or others who are not calling you names or insulting you, but trying to debate/call out important points, it might help regain some trust and deescalate. Until then, I’m happy to respond and own any way that I have insulted you or others. Silencing and insulting dissent will not win. Discussion will. @amy787

The market is vastly undervaluing Tesla today. Piper Sandler just said the market is assigning zero value for Optimus. If $TSLA would greatly increase when Robotaxi scales, then it is assigning a low probability of success to Tesla Robotaxi. Lower than what’s reasonable. ➡️ the stock market is not efficient. It tends to reflect way too much cynicism and skepticism for high growth disruptors. Unless the market is assigning zero probability of success of SpaceXAI datacenters… I don’t favor SpaceX getting Optimus for free and Robotaxi at a discount.

I would welcome you to debate any of the points that I brought in your comments @TeslaBoomerMama . There are many critical flaws in your arguments (such as claiming retail shareholders did not fund robotaxi R&D as shareholders..) that I countered in your comments. Which I think is what got me blocked. Happy to debate, I care too much for TSLA shareholders to let those slide unaddressed.

Incentives drive outcomes. If SpaceX $TSLA merger happens before robotaxi scales, Elon gains massive control while shareholders suffer massive dilution. Why are some Tesla influencers pushing this merger to happen now? What are their incentives?

Short answer, it will be 50/50 split ownership of X (MOE). Tesla shareholders will be offered a premium 20-30%. Robotaxi won’t significantly scale (1 million worldwide) until 2028 or 2029 due to software and regulation problem. Those are way harder to solve than hardware problem alone, like SpaceX. Starship will land on the moon maybe even Mars before that. If SpaceX is pulling in more revenue short term while funding Tesla, should SpaceX shareholders be concerned too?

These people aren’t looking out for Tesla shareholders’ best interests. They manage funds and actively trade the stock. If SpaceX and Tesla announce a merger, whatever the Tesla Board and Elon offer IS the BEST OFFER for shareholders. You either vote YES, or you will see the biggest rug pull in history as Elon walks away from a company that doesn’t support his vision. Look at OpenAI example, and the past 5 years without a 2025 comp plan in place. Tesla was not founded with dual-class shares, so a merger is the only way for Elon to secure permanent control of his companies. If you’re a long-term shareholder, you’ve stuck it out through the Twitter drama, DOGE drama, Trump feud drama, the 2018 comp plan re-vote, the Texas relocation, and the 2025 comp plan. Voting NO on the merger is the same as voting NO on all of the above. Wake up, people. Now is not the time to get distracted by this stupid fight among the community. If you really back Elon, stand with him 100%. Or just sell your shares. There is no compromise in Elon or his companies.
