Gateway bus enroute to KOTIDO, struggling to pass through a water filled broken Alito bridge which connects North Karamoja( Abim, KOTIDO, Kaabong and Karenga) Districts to the whole Uganda. Passengers have to stay in there for days for the water to reduce then they pass.
