@jdflynn Watch out for the additional ingredients/preservatives in sliced or shredded bags of cheese. Changes the taste and melting rates. If you need sliced, order from the deli counters where it is freshly sliced.

For years I have railed against buying sliced cheese when the block is so much cheaper. But now they’re about even and I have to eat crow over my grocery stand.
