This won’t be an even split everyone. I’m told David Montgomery will likely have slightly more here but the vision (and it’s early) is for Woody Marks to build on last season especially with the help of Montgomery and hopefully see a significant amount of reps. How that shakes out? TBD Woody played last year bc he was their best guy. By all account, Montgomery is leading on and off the field and that benefits the young guys.

Twitter for desktop now has the sound on videos as the default setting so you either have to deal with that or mute the whole computer. Put a bullet in my head while we're at it.

Some of the things I've learned over the years: 1. Don't treat your interactions on social as if someone is beneath you. You're not always the smartest kid in the room. Be real and authentic with folks. They will respect you more and come back for your next post. 2. Avoid the Dunning-Krueger pitfall. I didn't back in the day. 3. Search for that message or question that nobody has answered or asked. It may be mundane, or it may be a critical point. You'll never know until you answer it. 4. Expect low feedback and exposure early. It will come with time. The fanbase and industry will respect you over time if you stick around and put in the effort. 5. Some industry people will help. Some won't. Just how it is. But you'll quickly learn who you can lean on for help and guidance and who to avoid.
