The Rangers get manhandled by one of the worst pitchers in baseball while finishing hit-less in a 9-0 defeat to the Astros. Kumar Rocker hit the first batter of the game, and the Astros brought him home without producing a hit. In the bottom of the same frame, the Rangers would draw three walks, but their only two swings would induce a double-play & an inning-ending fly ball. That would be the extent of the offense for the Rangers until the seventh inning, where they drew a walk. The Astros padded their lead with a HR in the 4th, two runs in the 5th, and a five-spot, all coming with two outs in the 7th. Jack Leiter is on the bump for game two, which is set for 7:05 PM tomorrow.

@Dune_in_Katy Sure! Did he got interest from another team? I mean that’s the trend now, go and prove yourself with a QB needed team, it doesn’t have to be necessarily in Houston. The same can happen with CJ if he thinks here’s not the right fit.
