RANDY FINE TRIES TO GET ANOTHER PROCESS SERVER ARRESTED, NOW TAXPAYERS ARE BEING BILLED UP TO $1,680 A DAY FOR BCSO SECURITY AT HIS HOME On 3/5/26 citizens reported seeing multiple law enforcement vehicles responding to Congressman @RepFine's home in Melbourne Beach. Body cam footage we requested shows police investigated after a registered private process server went to Randy Fine’s residence to serve papers on one of several lawsuits he's currently facing. Officers confirmed the server was properly registered and credentialed, the on-call State Attorney said there was not enough evidence for criminal charges, and the case was closed as information only. Randy Fine is infamously known for trying to evade service as captured in a viral video of him hiding under his desk from a process server in the past. He also recently called the Capitol Police to try and have a process server in D.C. trespassed and arrested when trying to serve him at his office. Now comes the security detail. Invoices obtained through a public records request show that after the March 5 incident, off-duty Brevard County Sheriff’s Office security details are being billed to the United States Capitol Police for Representative Randy Fine for as much as $1,680 per 24-hour day to provide 24/7 security at his home, even when he's not present and in D.C. (That about $50k/month) The billing records begin just days after the process server incident. The records show multiple round-the-clock shifts at Fine’s residence, raising a serious question for taxpayers: why is this level of security being billed after police already determined no crime had occurred? We can confirm that as late as yesterday, that the BCSO security has been present at his home every day. Watch the body cam footage and decide for yourself.

@NobleOne Me too! I’ve been screaming from the mountain top about FL red flag laws ruining our state. It’s currently a felony for me to possess a firearm because of the corrupt Escambia County Courts. @JamesOKeefeIII is going through it now too!

I just got BLOCKED by Dan Bongino for asking about Steve Baker’s reporting on the J6 pipe bomber. Let that sink in. Not for trolling. Not for lies. For questioning him and Kash Patel. If the truth is solid, why silence it? What are we not supposed to see? Keep reporting @SteveBakerUSA @HanneReports what you have discovered needs to be brought to light.

UPDATE: Just got out of court in Miami. The Judge extended the temporary restraining order until May 11th. There will be a ruling then. The court is now asking me to surrender my firearms. See documents below. We are filing an emergency interlocutory appeal today. Prior restraint against a newsroom is unconstitutional. Near v Minnesota. NYT v United States. This is a violation of our 1st and 2nd amendment rights. We are filing an anti-SLAAP, seeking attorneys fees and will appeal all the way, if necessary. The TRO is also based upon third party’s comments, not our reporting. Thats a “hecklers veto,” where the government suppresses or restricts news reporting because of the reaction of an audience. This is regarding our reporting on Matt Tyrmand. We published a tape of him threatening to kill me. He shot up an image of me on the front of my book with a rifle bullet through my heart. He bragged about being a SDNY informant. Comments were angry at him. He just brought a “domestic violence stalking” Restraining order afterwards in Miami family court against my news organization, and the local Judge signed off. This is an extraordinary series of events. This is not an April Fools joke.

This is a horrible abuse by yet another local Judge! This is Florida aren’t we supposed to be free? Last I looked there are 60,000 injunctions every year in Florida. The Supreme Court has a very unfinished opinion on restraining orders but it’s out of control in the local courts!
