@DreamAmerica_ I agree with this approach. Democracy should always be about the majority. Remove gerrymandering for all and clean house by stopping Citizens United pumping dark money into politics. Small things will produce big results. Make it fair for all.

La Salle baseball coach Andy Nieto had some choice words toward the school he once coached at following a 9-8 loss to Bishop Amat in 9 innings. Bishop Amat won on a bases loaded walk off walk, and the celebration run toward left field crossed paths with La Salle outfielder Drew Ward, and words were exchanged. There was no pushing and shoving, but Nieto was hot afterward.

Learning breaking balls as a kid is smart. You need elite breaking balls to survive high-level baseball, and the more reps you get, the better you'll be.

Nobody makes it to the big leagues throwing 90 mph anymore. When you tell kids "don't try to throw hard," you're basically telling them "don't try to make it to D1 or the majors."
