Two Pakistani brothers used a high level of violence as they brutally attacked armed police officers in Manchester Airport brawl, court hears.
Mohammed Fahir Amaaz, 21, and his elder brother Muhammad Amaad, 26, rained 'repeated blows' on PC Zachary Marsden as he tried to arrest Amaaz in the parking payment area at Terminal Two in Manchester airport.
Amaaz also acted 'in a COWARDLY manner' when he struck unarmed female officer PC Lydia Ward by punching her in the face, breaking her nose and also hit PC Ellie Cook, an armed officer with 'a flurry of blows'.
The defendants say the violence they used against PC Marsden was lawful because they were acting in self-defence or in defence of each other.

@CountDankulaTV "Freedom of speech is sacrosanct to our democracy".
Turns off comments...
English

Why does it turn out that almost everything the state defines as "disinformation" is usually true and provable by science or even by statistic provided by that very same state?
Sadiq Khan@SadiqKhan
Freedom of speech is sacrosanct to our democracy. But disinformation is different. It’s bad-faith actors, often based overseas, who are monetising lies and hatred for their own political or financial gain. It’s the opposite of our democratic values.

MI6 PAID AL-QAEDA TO KILL GADDAFI. THE MAN WHO TOLD YOU WENT TO PRISON.
A British intelligence officer found out his own government had secretly paid a terrorist group linked to Al-Qaeda £100,000 to assassinate a foreign head of state.
No authorisation from the Foreign Secretary. No parliamentary oversight. Several civilians killed when the bomb hit the wrong car.
David Shayler told the public. He went to the Mail on Sunday, BBC Panorama, and The Sunday Times. He named names.
The British government's response was not an inquiry. It was not a trial of the people who ran the plot. It was an extradition request.
Shayler was locked up in Paris for nearly four months while France decided whether to send him back. France said no. Whistleblowing, they decided, was a political act.
He came back voluntarily in 2000. In 2002 he was jailed for six months under the Official Secrets Act.
The people who authorised a state-sponsored assassination using Al-Qaeda operatives faced no charges. Not one.
MI5 had also been keeping secret files on sitting Labour cabinet ministers including Peter Mandelson and Jack Straw.
The people responsible for overseeing the intelligence services. Being spied on by them.
Shayler's former MI5 partner Annie Machon (@AnnieMachon) resigned alongside him, helped document the crimes, and was never charged. She later wrote the book Spies, Lies and Whistleblowers.
The Gaddafi plot allegations were never prosecuted. The civilians who died in Sirte in 1996 never got a public inquiry.

Thirteen-year-old Trenton McKinley suffered 7 skull fractures when a utility trailer he was riding in flipped over. His parents were told that Trenton would never be the same, so his mother signed the papers to donate Trenton's organs:
"A man from the UAB organ donation came and talked to us in the family conference room about donating five organs to UAB children's hospital that would save five other children. We said yes; that also insured that they would continue to keep Trenton alive to clean his organs for the donation," his mother told CBS News.
But just a day before doctors were set to end Trenton's life support, he showed signs of life, and now he's recovering.
"From no brain waves to now walking and talking and reading, doing math. A miracle," his mom said.
During a brain injury, the brain shuts down its functions to save energy, and becomes unresponsive with a flat EEG. But with continued treatment the brain can heal and resume functioning.
How many people (unlike Trenton McKinley) never had a chance to heal because of premature organ harvesting?

THREE MEN CONVICTED OF SEXUALLY ABUSING SCHOOLGIRLS IN NOTTINGHAM
Three men have been convicted of sexually abusing vulnerable schoolgirls after police found a “treasure trove” of evidence against them.
Police said the offences took place in Nottingham city centre between February 2017 and January 2019.
They related to three girls who were in the care system who were aged 13 to 15 at the time.
Waqas Akhtar, Mohammed Saeed Ahmed and Hamza Shazad will be sentenced later this month.
Nottinghamshire Police said they started an investigation into the men in September 2018 after concerns were raised by agencies in charge of supporting two of the girls.
Officers spent 12 months gathering evidence before carrying out co-ordinated raids on the same day in March 2019.
Police found a “treasure trove” of digital evidence, including “significant evidence of grooming and abuse” on the men’s phones against two of the girls and a third who had not been previously mentioned in inquiries.
Indecent images of children were found on various phones and evidence showed that they had also been distributed to other people.
Waqas Akhtar, 26, of Glentworth Road, Radford, Nottingham, was convicted at Nottingham Crown Court on Tuesday of sexual activity with a girl under 16, penetrative sexual activity with a girl under 16, two counts of engaging in sexual communication with a child, and meeting a girl under 16 years of age following grooming
Hamza Shazad, 27, of Ewart Road, Forest Fields, had earlier admitted three counts of making indecent photographs of children, one count of possessing extreme pornographic images and three counts of distributing indecent photographs of a child. He denied engaging in sexual communication with a child, two counts of causing or inciting a girl aged 13 to 15 to engage in penetrative sexual activity and one count of meeting a girl under 16 years of age following grooming. A jury found him not guilty of these counts on Wednesday.
Mohammed Saeed Ahmed, 22, of Vale Crescent South, previously pleaded guilty to engaging in sexual communication with a child, causing or inciting a girl under 16 to engage in sexual activity and sexual activity with a girl under 16
Ansar Ahmed, 30, of Radford Road, Nottingham, was cleared of all charges against him
Waqar Akhtar, 27, of Glentworth Road, Radford, Nottingham, was dismissed from the trial as there was insufficient evidence against him
Waqas Akhtar, Mohammed Saeed Ahmed and Shazad will be sentenced at the same court on 29 March.

A woman was legally required to kill her baby in the third trimester because the “commissioning parents” for the surrogacy demanded it, and threatened a lawsuit.
The baby was missing two fingers, so the people purchasing this precious child demanded it be aborted, per their contract.
This is eugenics. It’s murder. It’s a baby trade, and it needs to be criminalized.

I need you to sit with this for a moment:
In 1971, Pakistani soldiers went into Bengali villages and asked one question:
"Where do the Hindus live?"
Then they went there.
200,000 to 400,000 women were raped. Systematically. As a weapon.
The perpetrators weren't just soldiers — they were Jamaat-e-Islami militants. A Muslim Brotherhood affiliate.
I've spent years documenting what political Islam does when it has power.
This is what it does when it has power.
🇧🇩 The 1971 Bangladesh genocide has never been recognized by the US or UK.
Say their names. Break the silence.
