My backstory goes like so. For the first 15 years of the Mountain Weekly News I covered a ton of live music in Denver and music festivals around the country. Working with essentially any band that came through town. Who can name this artist? 5-1-18 from Denver, Colorado

@KathyHShoulders @cmaa726 @WallStreetApes I understand this logic because I bought my first home around 2012 for 350k…. In California of all places. Sadly, that same starter home more than doubled in price since then. So has the insurance, hoa, and interest rate.

@cmaa726 @WallStreetApes No. Since 2008, we have bought and sold homes on one income. Not starter homes because we did that when we were young. We built equity in each property and used it towards the next home. If you need $70,000 down then you’re looking at a $350,000 starter home.

Younger Americans have no hope “My experience since graduating college has been an absolute slap in the face, and I did everything right— I will never afford a house. I will never afford kids in this country. Like what are we doing” This has to change, and nobody in power cares

Back injuries man. Feels like every 6 months I hurt my lower back and can’t put my own shoes on or walk normal for a couple days. I know the triggers and try to prevent it but still happens.

Follow me on this here I’ll walk you through step by step how to build a home service business run completely by sub contractors even if you live out of state… That was super clickbait-y. But if that actually sounds interesting, this is literally what I’m building now. So let’s open the can and dive in here. 1. the most important rule here. Forget everything else; if you just figure this out, you’re good — FIND GOOD SUBS 2. But how? Well you need a connect in the area. If you don’t personally know subs, you need someone who does, a general contractor is usually that person. Find a good GC you can trust and partner with them to get the down low on their subs. 3. Start with 1 service. For us we started with tree trimming. We knew a great tree trimming sub hungry for more. You can build on that, but figure it out with one sub first, then add on 4. Set up the lead gen and backend. This is the juice. It’s also WAY more complicated than I’ll be able to jot down here, but I’ll do my best. - set up meta ads (@mhp_guy has an awesome video on this called FB ads for noobs) - automate the leads from the ads so that you have access to them quick. - make sure you or someone qualified is getting in touch with them asap. - get the info, book the job estimate and then distribute that to your sub. 5. You need a CRM. Doesn’t have to be fancy at first. Maybe it’s just through emails, but you need these things - a way to let your sub know about appointment - a way to follow up after they went out - invoicing system - there’s a ton more, but those are very important. 6. Reviews - when the job is done and done well (obviously) every single customer needs to be followed up with for a review for your Google. That’s the organic life blood. You rank well, you won’t even need meta ads 7. Rinse and repeat. The way we’re building is taking on one sub at a time, ironing out the details with them as we go and then getting in a good lead to payment flow. This can be done anywhere you have those connections. I’m TOTALLY over simplifying here, but this is really the playbook. Out of the 1100 followers, maybe a couple hundred will see this and then MAYBE a dozen or so will read this whole thing. For those that do, I hope this was valuable to you! 💪🏻

The truth about Soham Parekh - the dude clears interviews, he’s good with that - after clearing, he has junior people doing all the work - has around 20 employees and interns. Basically a small dev shop
