Our paper on Chia has been published in @plantgenome! We assembled the genome of Chia pinta, assessed population structure, and also examined terpene synthase composition between Chia pinta and Chia negra. doi.org/10.1002/tpg2.2…

Our paper on volatile biosynthesis in cat thyme has been published in @ThePlantJournal. The @LichmanLab had an amazing collab with @TheBuellLab. @sefayten assembled a chromosome-scale genome that allowed us to discover how cat thyme makes diverse iridoids. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/tp…
