Bitcoin at ~$65K. 200W MA ≈ $58.5K. Realized price ≈ $55K. Price is above both structural anchors but drifting toward them. That’s not euphoria. That’s a macro retest phase. Historically, the zone between the 200W MA and realized price has been consolidation — not collapse.

You could take out a $69,000 loan today at 7.5% and buy 1 BTC. In 10 years, you’d owe the bank about $120,000. Bitcoin in 10 years? Maybe $500K – $1M. That’s potentially a 5–10x return. Even if Bitcoin is only $120K, you roughly break even. Sounds simple. Almost too simple.
