@robosenofficial getting very irritated and ready to reach out to the office of the attorney general of California and Illinois about no contact from you about getting my flagship Optimus Prime repaired. I’ve called, emailed, called Hasbro customer service and no answer at all.

@robosenofficial where is your customer service? I’ve called and emailed and no response in weeks. Called Hasbro customer service to get answers and still nothing. How can you sell high end product and give low end customer service? My kid has a broken flagship OP needs repair

Kid wants to start collecting cards…saw #Topps basketball for the first time since I was buying packs. Picked up a box from Target and this came out of one of the first few packs. @Topps great way to start his collection.

@AskCapitalOne @CapitalOne The inability of your dispute system to handle 40 charges as one dispute is bad business. I spent in excess of 3 hours on the phone with your dispute department filing them, another 2 hours asking questions and sorting out paperwork…horrible experience
