Fuck @Asurion. I bought a 2-yr. protection plan for my washer, a hose sprung a leak through normal wear & tear, and now they're telling me "that's not covered". TF did I pay for, then? If I knew I was gonna have to go to Lowe's and fix it myself, I wouldn't have fucking paid you
