Just think about those children birthed here by Chinese women who fly over to give birth and then take their babies home with them. In fifty years or less some of those children will have reached retirement age and he eligible for certain benefits like Supplemental Security Income even if they lived their entire lives in China.

BREAKING: Trump’s birthright citizenship scheme implodes after lawyer’s JAW-DROPPING courtroom blunder about Native Americans. Donald Trump sent his top lawyer to the Supreme Court to argue that birthright citizenship should be stripped from hundreds of thousands of American-born babies. It went so badly that his own solicitor general nearly argued Native Americans aren't citizens either — and had to be rescued by a Trump-appointed justice. In one of the most jaw-dropping exchanges of Wednesday's already disastrous hearing, Justice Neil Gorsuch — appointed by Trump himself — pressed Solicitor General D. John Sauer on the logical consequences of the administration's own legal theory. The exchange was as stunning as it was revealing. Gorsuch asked a simple question: under the administration's proposed test for birthright citizenship, are Native Americans born today automatically citizens? Sauer's answer was a slow-motion legal train wreck. First, he said yes — obviously. Then Gorsuch pushed him to set aside the statutes granting Native Americans citizenship and answer based purely on the administration's own constitutional theory. Sauer's answer changed: "No." Under the 1868 congressional debates, he explained, children of tribal Indians were not considered birthright citizens. The courtroom went quiet. Gorsuch pressed harder. But under your test — the domicile test you want this court to adopt today — are tribal Native Americans born on U.S. soil birthright citizens? Sauer fumbled. "I think so... I have to think that through, but that's my reaction." "I'll take the yes," Gorsuch replied — essentially throwing the solicitor general a life preserver before he could drown any further. Let's be absolutely clear about what just happened. The Trump administration walked into the highest court in the land with a legal theory so sweeping, so poorly thought through, that when a justice applied it logically, the government's own lawyer couldn't guarantee that Native Americans — people whose nations existed on this continent thousands of years before the United States did — would qualify as birthright citizens. This is the constitutional chaos that Trump's executive order invites. Once you start unraveling the 14th Amendment's guarantee that all persons born on American soil are citizens, there is no clean stopping point. The administration's own lawyer proved that in real time, in front of the entire nation, while Trump was still in the building — before he turned tail and fled. The 14th Amendment was written to be clear precisely because America had already lived through the horror of deciding that some people born here weren't really citizens. The Supreme Court has upheld birthright citizenship for 157 years. And Trump's lawyer just demonstrated, in spectacular fashion, exactly why those 157 years of precedent exist. Please like and share this post if you believe the Constitution means what it says — for everyone born on American soil.

99.9% of people who "experienced" the Challenger disaster saw it on replay and now remember it as live. Almost NO ONE was watching. Everyone thinks they were. It's a fascinating collective false memory.

Anyone who experienced the Space Shuttle Challenger explosion, like I did, is probably a bit hesitant to get too excited about the Artemis II launch today. I truly hope our children don’t have to experience such tragedy. May the Universe welcome them and return them safely home 🙏

It’s very, very Easy to understand, exactly as the 14th Amendment is written: 14th Amendment: “all persons born...in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens." Jurisdiction excludes "qualified and partial jurisdiction, such as may consist with allegiance to some other government." The parents (at the time of the child’s birth in the USA) have to either: A) Be Citizens of the United States OR B) The parents have to be permanently domiciled in the United States at the time of the child’s birth. What that means is for anyone who is here temporarily - the child DOES NOT have birthright citizenship. If the parents have NOT established a permanent domicile in the USA at the time the child is born, Then the child does NOT have Birthright Citizenship. That was Easy.

An American citizen’s baby can’t become a Chinese citizen by being born on the soil of China. Can anyone explain why a Chinese citizen’s baby should be able to become an American citizen by being born on the soil here? It’s absolute insanity.

For shits and giggles, I decided to see just how hard it would be to replace my birth certificate, Social Security card, AND my marriage license, since Democrats think women are too stupid to figure it out. Here's how it went: 1. Birth certificate: Contacted the health department of the county where I was born. They OVERNIGHTED a certified copy to me the next day - total cost, $14. 2. SS Card: Contacted Social Security on their site. They asked if I was sure I needed the card, since I 'won't likely be asked for it.' I went ahead and got it - took five business days to arrive - total cost, $0. 3. Marriage License: Went to the 'vital docs' site of the county where we were hitched. Filled everything out online, arrived in three days - total cost, $5. It cost less than $20 to obtain all three certified/legal documents, and it took less than five business days to receive them. Note: if I had lived where I was born or married, it would have been a day. Tops. Anyone telling you this is too hard or unfair is lying and hiding the real reason they want to stop Voter ID. I know you guys knew that already... lol

This woman called the police on her neighbors once, three years ago for having a loud party at night. For the next three years, every time the neighbors go by the hour or even their friends go by, they honk their horn in their cars at her house at all hours of the days. She’s grown very irritated at this and feels like this is harassment. The police can’t do anything about people honking their horn at you so she had to suffer in silence until today she finally snapped and laid into them. Its affecting her young children’s sleeping schedules too, is there anything else she can do at this point to get it to stop?

If your neighbour has a baby, and it cries ALL NIGHT, and it's room-is directly next to yours divided by a wall, is it okay to ask them to move the baby to another room? My alarm goes off at 5am. This baby cries until 2, 3am most nights. I am exhausted. I am ill. I am childless by choice and I DO NOT need this. I understand the mother is tired. But you know what? This was not my choice. I'm experiencing the consequences of her choice and I am no longer understanding of it.

Oh my god!! Why isn’t the GOP and RNC helping to identify and oppose these fraudsters? It has been a plan by Dems for decades to run in Republican seats in certain states. In CA, they just switched us to a jungle primary, so party at primary doesn’t matter. Top two voted move on to the general election.

I know a 92-year-old man, who is senile and already had a bypass, who is having an elective aortic arch replacement. This will cost young, productive Americans trying to lead their lives and start families at least $500,000, and him nothing. Atrocious. All extraordinary medical care for anyone over 85 should have to be paid for in full by that person, or not be received. No more parasitical welfare for the old; no more stealing from the young so that old people can eke out a few more months of life. (Boomers who are offended, please unfollow me.)

You’re literally retarded. We bent over backwards for old people during the Covid years and set children back for life by shutting down society so old, fat, sick, and stupid boomers could live a meaningless existence separated from everyone. Fuck that senile 92 year old man, what is a $500000 surgery going to do for him? Let him shit himself and be confused for another 6 months? Artificially extending someone’s life after a certain point isn’t healthcare, it’s a fucking money grab by the establishment. Just like selling solar to someone who’s 92 year old.

My colleagues and I went to brunch and we spent around $600 on our meal. To appreciate our waiter we gave her $60 tip. We saw her facial expression changed when she saw the amount. She went from happy and all smiles to sour and unappreciative. She accepted the tip, but we could tell she wasn't happy about it. Idk what else we could have done. We thought we were doing something generous, but I guess she may have expected more. We gave what we could afford. ~Amanda via FB

This woman loves her truck, she even goes out of her way to park it far away so nobody hits it. This day she went to the grocery store, when she came back, she loaded her groceries and proceeded to drive forward and heard a loud crash. She panics and immediately goes out and sees what she hit. Someone parked a motorized shopping cart a foot in front of her car at an angle she couldn’t see when she was in the large truck. While she’s blaming the person that left it there which was a jerk move, could this be her fault for not being aware of her surroundings?
