- Switzerland's wealth tax, levied at the cantonal level, ranges from 0.1% to 1.1% on net worth above a certain threshold, but it coexists with low income tax rates (top federal rate of 11.5%) and no capital gains tax, making it attractive for the wealthy. - The country's appeal to rich individuals is bolstered by its "Pauschalbesteuerung" system, allowing wealthy foreigners to pay a lump-sum tax based on living expenses rather than worldwide income, and its reputation for stability, privacy, and world-class infrastructure. - Recent reports, like wealthy Norwegians moving to Switzerland to avoid higher taxes, highlight its status as a low-tax haven, despite the wealth tax, due to its overall tax-friendly environment and high quality of life.

Switzerland has a wealth tax. And funnily enough, rich people aren't flocking to leave the country. In fact, they're queuing up to get in.

Moyes to Emery managers = 36pts Slot Slot managers = 28pts 8 points difference in the end. Not huge but a good win.

@NickTriggerlips Carvalho? Surely Brentford not paying £30m for him to sit on bench and will play as attacking mf?

Suddenly not liking any of the really cheap mids, and it giving me a headache. Bobb no longer an option Fulham manager was a bit cautious regarding ESR fitness Brighton buying everyone so Minteh not so appealing

On the whole, I think he’s a good idea at CB. Experienced, has pedigree, speaks Portuguese, comfortable at RCB and LCB, probably frees up funds for elsewhere But dependent on successfully recruiting a build-up general at DM to take us to the next level 👀

On Fulham’s pursuit of Diego Carlos… 🇧🇷 When I often say radar charts (particularly for CBs) can tell you as much about what a player is asked to do by the coach versus what they’re actually good at this is what I mean 👇

Watkins price tag is starting to look a bit expensive. You can get Arsenal's number 9 for 1 mill less, tottenham's for 1.5 less. Chelsea's for 2.5 less and he's a midfielder, Villa's real talisman for 4 mill less.

@CottageTactico @francis__dj Yeah but still.. having 2 CBs who can’t really pass is going to be a big problem. Teams will just sit on Andre knowing he’s the only option. Still think we need a proper ball playing Right sided CB.

With Andre being our ball player I think Diop will suffice and maybe we bring in somebody younger to grow into that role. A ball playing 6 will take the burden off Diop who defensively is as good as Tosin if not better

Managed to catch a bit of Fluminense last night for the latest André watch 👀 Couple of bits stood out in his role that made me think of his fit with our XI 1️⃣ I lost count of the number of times he was literally dictating the build up pattern. See here pointing to go right

Sunak is the most intriguing PM of my time. Why did he go into politics given that he's little sense of public service; no ideology to push; is uncomfortable in the public eye; and is no good at it? Class - for once - is not the answer, but I don't know what is.

@echetus This is a terrible graph because “authoritarian” and “traditional social values” are not close to being the same thing and should not be lumped together on the same axis.

Britain: Everything from smoking to sugar sin-taxed. 11% of GDP spent on the NHS. It is illegal to build an extension without permission from a local politicians. Tax at all time highs. Financial Times: If they were any more economically right wing, they would fall of our graph

@DeanJonesSoccer @WhiteNoise1879 High IQ move from Fulham. Get him on loan, don’t play him at all, drive his value down, sign him in summer for 1/4 of the price originally quoted. Smart

I think we might be overrating Chelsea's consecutive doubles a bit. The Schedule then would be 36 weekend, midweek, 37 weekend, midweek and then 38. With Chelsea likely having nothing to play for, I think Poch might use this as an opportunity to spread minutes around the squad
