@SouthernRailUK how do I claim for my taxi on the 16th May when the service to Bognor Regis was stopped at Norwood Junction and no other transport was offered back to Billingshurst? I took 3 other passengers with me who lived in the same area I covered the full cost.

@easyJet I get that Jay but not sure you’d want a sub 5 year old (or any child under 16) sat around a group of adults you don’t know. Easy jet need to do better. If AI can answer complex questions then surely your system can flag a child on a ticket.

@easyJet yes, due to no triple/doubles being available to book when we checked in. surely your AI system should highlight a sub 5 year old when it’s legislation that they must travel with an adult…. luckily, your flight team were great and sorted us out on the flight.
