Typically, I buy an overpriced coffee at the airport. But this time I arrived early & had some spare time, so I walked down to Niloufer and indulged in the delectable Hyderabad bun maska & chai. What a treat! This is ritual I plan to make a regular part of my travel routine.

3 consecutive calls to 3 different dedicated Floor Supervisors - Seema, Sanath Kumar & Komal who have identified three different issues so far for the delay in delivery & installation and have given 3 different resolutions and yet nothing worked out. @airtelindia @sunitha_simon
