@LNER Myself and a number of people had to use the rail replacement bus service to join the 15.40 Peterborough to Kings Cross this afternoon. The coach got stuck in traffic and arrived at 15.40. The train didn't wait. Not even for 2 minutes. Totally unacceptable

@Eurostar I am not sure if there is a problem with the catering on the 9032 to Paris but for the eye watering price of a Business Premier return we were offered either potato or couscous salad as a main course. And they ran out of the potato salad by the 2nd carriage #eurostar

This train wasn't terminated at WGC but went onto LKX, arriving about an hour late @LNER not sure this incident was not correctly communicated
