Gotta say this is a terrible Polymarket clarification. For those who dont know, Polymarket said the “AI” choice would not count for “Architects of AI”. This is unbelievably dumb as anyone taking AI expected it to include outcomes like these. Previous group picks have been: The Peacemakers The Whistleblowers The American Soldier Shocker, it’s always a group of people not a computer program running on a gpu. So obviously “AI” was going to be some group around AI. These outcomes are terrible for users because people who were directionally right get punished and those who were wrong get rewarded. Also there is massive opportunity for insider manipulation and UMA whale fuckery. No bueno!!
