False. That's Ryan Samsel. He was not involved in the assault on Fanone at all. Charged with multiple felonies, including assaulting, resisting, or impeding officers. Plead guilty to felony assauting officers, received a multi-year prison term. He was NOT pardoned in the broad 2025 clemency because his case involved direct physical confrontation with officers at the very start of the riot. You're a liar.
