@JustBuckIt98 @nileriverx2 I'm not greedy. I'd settle for just drafting guys in the first round that have proven they can actually play football.
English

@nileriverx2 Gb only draft projects because they believe wholeheartedly in their system. That is 1 thing that needs to change about the organization script. We should be looking for instant starters

@NovelCritic @stepfanie The study was a hundred years ago dude. Don't you think that some of the people complaining about forever chemicals and other endocrine disrupting chemicals might have a different environment that a guy from 1920s Idaho??
English

But what about the ones with thyroid problems? Didn't they gain weight?
Siim Land@siimland
The craziest study ever - The Minnesota Starvation Experiment 32 young men were put on a 40% calorie-restricted diet for 6 months, while staying physically very active They lost 25% of their body weight by the end of it Here's what this study contributed to longevity research

@RealWashedGamer @velodus Nobody knew Wilt was going to score 100 until he did. Until that point it was just another random game. There's nothing weird about that game having about as much coverage as any other random game from that time period.
English

@RealWashedGamer @velodus Yeah, that makes sense if you're a moron and assume the 1960s was exactly the same as it is today. The NBA was basically a non-entity until Magic/Bird. Even well in to the 90s there's games that weren't broadcast or recorded. The Finals were on tape delay in to the 80s.
English

@Lunker35 @bigdonkey47 The runner isn’t entitled to second base (or to continue to third) due to his need to tag up. The shortstop who comes in on the backside of the play leaves space for a clear running lane back to 1st
English

@gindi4711 @_BlessedRed This was my introduction to piracy, with the original Diablo. My disk got scratched and wouldn't always read properly.
English

@_BlessedRed Remember that back in the days the copyright protection was "you have to search for your CD and put it in the drive if you want to play the game" so even legit buyers were downloading no CD cracks online because it was annoying.
English

Piracy is a service based problem as Gabe Newell always said. Games like Cyberpunk are so easy to pirate as the game literally requires 0 DRM. You could download the game to a thumb drive and give it to anyone. The game still sold millions on PC. More than the consoles combined.
𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥@PCMR_Elitist
If piracy was such a big deal on Pc then explain this?

@midwestern_ope @IsaacRowlett In the Kingdom of Rhinelander there are mythical dragon-like creatures.
English

@spauldingtbear @Corbienest @lisavsworld I get this all the time. My core group of friends spans about 25 years. And I just always assume everyone is my age.
English

@Corbienest @lisavsworld I was reminiscing with a couple of friends about our shared experience-- Tug McGraw striking out Willie Wilson in the 1980 World Series.
They smiled.
The first one said, "I was born in 1972."
The second one said, "I wouldn't be born until 1991."
I think everyone is my age.

I was once at a bachelorette party and I wanted to test the theory of this social convention, so I asked the maid of honor how old she thought I was... (I was 32 at the time). She said I looked 27. (She was engaging in the social convention.) I then told her a woman I knew in my social circle had said I looked my age. The maid of honor got very quiet. The smile slid off her face as her eyes narrowed. She barked, "Where is this c*nt and where can I find her?"

@Napoli27435209 @wildstwawberry It becomes a real issue with other brands if you double sleeve. The inners will constantly be poking out of the top.
English

@wildstwawberry I hate cards moving up the sleeve so much that i buy dragon shield almost exclusively for the extra space they have at the top.
Also they have the coolest colors.
English

@WakeUpHellion @SaladTCG You get to touch your cards when you take them from the top of your library and put them in to your graveyard.
English

@SaladTCG I would like to touch my cards. Win or lose, a style where I can't touch my cards sucks
English

yall need to get better at trading card games no offense
Unprofessional Skeleton@skeltinader
@SaladTCG Mill is bad and ruins the enjoyment of the game.
English

@DroodHT I wish any game could develop a limited format that comes even close to rivaling Magic so I could never have to care about it again.
English

@WatcherontheWeb Just moved and switched to Starlink, cannot recommend it enough. 10 minutes from when my package arrived it was up and running. Only downtime since had been when I disconnected it to move it to a more permanent location.
English

I've been using a local internet provider since we moved to the farm
They beam internet to the house with a laser from a tower... but it costs $80 bucks for... nominally 50mbps
But wind storms and snow have been knocking out my service for hours at a time lately
And starlink would double my speed for.... $30 less a month
I should switch, right?
I just... have a hard time giving up one of the few ways I can support a local business... but I cant keep having hours of down time for a stiff breeze
English

@AlmondRandom @hashjenni Most places allow this already
English

@hashjenni How about "check your luggage in at 11, get the room key at 3"?
English

How they gone check you in at 11 when the previous guests are there till 3 babe ?x
timi@Timiii360
petition to make check in at hotels 11am and check out 3pm not over way round wtfffff
English

@Tomomato3 @uncle_deluge That's the defining difference between a hero shooter and a class based shooter. If multiple players on the same team can play the same character, it's a class not a hero.
English

@TheMechropotent @uncle_deluge I'm not sure what you're trying to say? Most hero shooters allow the same character to be picked multiple times?
English

@Tomomato3 @uncle_deluge If I'm playing THE Scout, why is another player on my team allowed to play THE Scout?
English

@uncle_deluge As much as it pains me to say this. Tf2 is absolutely a hero shooter. People cope with the "It's not a hero shooter, it's a class shooter!" And yeah they CALL them classes but they're really characters. When you play scout you're not playing A scout. You're playing THE scout.
English

@cyfreddyszn @WiscoGrant Also a lot of drafting guys that can't actually play football but look good in shorts and a tshirt at the combine
English

@WiscoGrant biggest issue with the defenses over the years is drafting guys who excel at things that the packers don’t do a lot of— drafting Kevin King, Eric Stokes just to throw them in zone primarily, or expecting Quay to turn into a coverage guy… stuff like that
English

@feckingm @lyndseyfifield Electric snow shovel and they are actually super sick. I was super skeptical about them until I tried one. Great for when you just got a little to do but don't want to lug out the blower. Like doing the mailbox after the snowplow goes by.
English

@SweetTexanRose @soverycleverMI @Cat5SMASHICANE You can make a sort of taffy out of it. You boil it a bit first, then drizzle it over fresh snow and the maple syrup hardens in to a taffy consistency and you roll it on to a stick and eat it.
English

@Burnstation3D I can't even hear my A1 if I have the door closed. Mine is running near constantly and I've never had a complaint
English

Have you or anyone you know that 3d prints ever get a complaint from a downstairs neighbor about excessive noise or humming?
Was just reading a post about someone asking for advice on how to make a Bambu A1 "hum" less.
It made me think of a few times I've heard 3d printers make some vibration or hum halfway across the house. Is this a normal experience for you folk that rent or share a space with neighbors?
